   Luftschutzpolizei Helmet Photos

The helmet below can be described as an Air Protection Police (Luftschutzpolizei) "beaded" M1935 helmet.  The helmet features the early dark blue color common to most Luftschutz and Luftschutzpolizei helmets.  The police decal is the early, unbordered variety first manufactured and introduced in the mid-1930's.
